Chief Executive Officer

Brandon White is the Chief Executive Officer of BJ Communications, leading the company with 15 years of entrepreneurial experience rooted in golf course construction and design. He grew up in Sandwich, New Hampshire, and St. Lucia in the Caribbean as part of a family‐owned and -operated construction business, gaining early exposure to the trade.

At 17, Brandon received recognition from Golf Inc. for an 18‐hole redesign at Fox Hill, Pennsylvania, placing second in Renovation of the Year. For much of the last decade he has traveled domestically and internationally to build and redesign golf courses, expanding his expertise in business, logistics, and infrastructure.

During the challenging period in 2019 at the peak of COVID, when golf construction was difficult to finance, Brandon pivoted to infrastructure work, installing fiber‐optic conduit throughout the Northeast. That effort grew into a 24‐person crew and a substantial equipment inventory. Recognizing the need for integrated capabilities, he moved into aerial construction in December 2022, acquiring his first bucket truck, an older GMC 8500; and building a team of linemen and an upgraded fleet.

Brandon is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designed to further expand his financial knowledge. In his free time he reads about astrophysics and jet propulsion, flies small aircraft, and enjoys strategic games such as chess and blackjack.

Chief Operating Officer

Bringing 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a strong foundation in construction and operational leadership. His extensive background has been built through decades of hands-on experience managing complex projects, teams, and field operations.

I began my career in construction with Rhythmic Cable, where I developed a solid understanding of industry fundamentals and field execution. I later joined Icon Connection, where I spent 17 years and gained much of my technical and operational knowledge. During this time, I advanced my expertise in construction management, project coordination, and large-scale telecommunications infrastructure.

Following my tenure at Icon Connection, I served as Senior Construction Manager for GoNetspeed, further strengthening my leadership experience and deepening my understanding of high-performance network deployment and operational oversight. In this role, I managed construction activities, ensured adherence to quality standards, and supported efficient project delivery.

As COO of BJ Enterprises, I oversee daily operations and work closely with leadership and field teams to align execution with strategic goals. My approach emphasizes efficiency, accountability, and consistent performance, supporting long-term growth and reliable service delivery. With decades of industry experience, I provide steady leadership in a fast-evolving telecommunications landscape.
